FACILITY RENTALS
Rent the Ground Up Sports Lab facility to host practices or clinics. Whether you are looking for one week, or a seasonal schedule, we have you covered. Our state-of-the-art facility offers technology and equipment not commonly found in other facilities.
LESSONS
Work with one of our highly experienced coaches individually, or bring a group to work together. Our coaches all played baseball and other sports at the collegiate and professional levels. We’ll work with you to set goals and work hard to achieve those goals.
Cage & HitTRAX RENTALS
Rent one of our three batting cages, including our dedicated HitTrax batting cage that offers the ultimate baseball & softball technology for performance analysis. Elevate your game with real-time data and insights with HitTrax. Cages can be reserved by the hour.
Birthdays & Events
Centrally located, Ground Up Sports Lab provides a convenient location for you to host your next birthday party or private event. Our coaches will work with you to create a personalized party plan and host your event. We know how to have fun!
